This is a Emmons Maroon D10 that is a fine playing guitar.
It comes with about 50 pictures, that will give you a clear picture of what this guitar is about. I will send the pictures to anyone who wants them.
I can send them alot easier than trying to post some . pictures
The D10 Emmons includes the Emmons case, that looks good.
This guitar was owned by Curt Olson who passed a couple of years ago. It has True Tones pickups by Jerry Wallace, and has one of the best tones of any Emmons guitar. It is about a 1994 Emmons Emmons Legrande 2 in super shape!

The color is moroon and the light spots are the lights from the flash bulbs.

I accept money orders, and will ship the item by Fedex as the only way i ship it.

Pictures will follow as soon as possible!

I can't tell from the pictures, but is this a LL2? I'm not good with years ( please don't hold this against me if I'm wrong ) but didn't Emmons make the LL2 in the 90s? I honestly don't know but a friend of mine has a 1993 model Lashley Legrande. I'm just curious. Beautiful guitar by the way!

I have sent emails to various people trying to get the age of this guitar. Some say that it is a 1993.But Ron Lashley said it was a 1994 Legrande 2.today on May2,2010.
I do know that Curt played this guitar only on weekends, in the VFW's til he passed.

Yes it is a 1994 Legrand 2 for sure!

THe steel certainly looks like it is alot newer from the pictures!!!

It's an LII. Due to the color. It could be a 95 or 96..
Good guitar no matter the year.Be it a 93 or 03.

I have #1105L same color D10 and it is supposed to be 1994 model. I have #1655 built by Jack Strayhorn and it is a 1996.

Sonny, I think it is most likely a 1995 built by Jack Strayhorn who was absolutely an expert at putting the Emmons guitars together. The factory name for the color is Mauve but I call it a plum color. Sonny Curtis has a LeGrande III this color. For certain you have a great LeGrande II.

Well, the price is $3,260.00 for everyone who has been asking about the price.
That is a reasonable price considering the Emmons SD 10 price is pretty close to the Emmons D10 price.

I will be paying the Forum charges,

and the Fedex charges, as of may 2 2010

Some how i was lucky enough to be sitting in with the Rose Band on this nite at some American Legion.
I was standing behind Curt playing some Country Harp on this nite while curt played a instumental song.
There was David Rose, Bev Rose, and Larry Rose and of course Curt Olson.
First picture i ever saw the band on the You Tube with this great minnesota band.
Thanks for a great video with a great band. Yes, Thanks Steve Ross, as this is the only pictures i ever saw of me and the entire band!
Yes, this was the North St. Paul American Legion in 2001.
