Thanks Albert and Debbie and all of the TSGA staff for allowing me to be a small part of this years show..
I feel the show does keep getting better every year. This year seemed to be one of the best ever. All of the players seemed to bring there "A" game with them...WOW!!!!
I have to give special thanks to all of the drummers that helped me out this year. Made my job a little easier ; the one and only Derek Spigner, man what a player and a hero of mine, Nathan Cole, working with Reese,Greg Hardy showed up to play with Johnny Cox, Wayne Bennett popped in to work the Saturday Night Dance,Randy Reinhart's son came to work with him ,sorry I'm OLD and can't think of his name right off hand, Of course Johnny Bushes drummer Ron came up to play on Johns set, Jan Jones from Nashville was here to work most of the Thursday Night show and a couple of players during the week end. Dixie Hawkins popped in Thursday and was forced to play one set,HA!! Joke... And of course Mr. Hugo Chambers played the Friday night jam and Sunday afternoon..
And I almost left out Jim Loessburg played an outstanding set with Paul Franklin on Friday night and again with Jerry "Fessy" on Sunday. I hope I didn't leave anyone out....
Thanks to all of you guys, you all let me set and listen a little this year and do a little visiting with friends, which is a pleasure I rarely get at most of the shows.
Thank You , Paul
OOPS!!! Almost left out Mr. Jim Hartley, he worked the MSA room with David And played sets with Russ Hicks and Mike Johnson..... |

Thanks for playing drums on my set, Paul. You really help make the tunes sparkle, as you do for all the musicians when you are on stage. I look forward to working with you at another show down the road. Hope you and Dee get some time to relax after Dallas.
