I humbly submit my attempt at this. Like the tab says, you can really get the timing and style down better with two feet. The A pedal motion has to be really independent of the B pedal and real fast, especially on the last part Listen to how quick Moon comes off the A pedal on the original cut and how well damped and staccato certain notes are.

Sounds good to me. Liked your tone sounded Mooneyish. _________________ D10 Sho-Bud,D10 Mullen Pre RP, Session 500, N12 |

You don't know how helpful this is! I really appreciate your selfless effort here. Thanks a ton, Greg. There'll never be another moon....
Out of curiously, how are you guys fingering the very first part. I've tried thumb-index-middle for the first three notes but its a little awkward to get my thumb-middle ready for the fourth notes (8a). Thumb-thumb-middle feels a little more natural to me, but I dunno.... |
