guy in the band after us last night asked if he could use my steel amp to run their keyboards thru.
I said no, I didnt want my speaker thrashed by his keyboards (i am used to synths with ripping low end saw waves). He was playing one of those hammond keyboards tho not a synth.

anyway, i am wondering if I might have endangered my speaker had I let him use it? my speaker is a 15 inch eminence neo.

anyone know?

after I told him no, he goes "thats okay, we have a fender combo we can run it thru"...um, why'd you ask ME then? Mad

Yes Larry! Me and Jon Hyde will be driving down for sure and are really looking forward to it. OUr goal this time is try and get there a little earlier than in the past so we can actually talk to people, and check out some other steel rigs before its time for me to publicly humiliate myself by flubbing my way thru the set list Laughing .

the keyboardist turned out to be a monster player and a really nice guy. still...not letting him rip up my speaker tho Wink
