Pots cleaned, 1 cap replaced, tubes tested, power cord replaced (still a two wire). Nice unit, but they have some back ground hiss (nature of the beast). Original footswitch, too. replaced two rubber feet on bottom
Cool reverb unit with a gain control for more boost.
$300.00 and shipping extra.
Will ship with tubes removed, bottom must be removed to reinstall tubes.
add 3.2 percent if using PayPal.

1) what is the white knob? overall gain/volume? - the labeling can't be read at the angle of the pic
2) what is the tube compliment of the unit?
3) does this use an Accutronics tank? |

White knob is overall dry gain
Red knob reverb level
Accutronics tank (same tank as a Fender amp)
6AQ5 reverb drive
1/2 6EU7 preamp stage I
1/2 6EU7 reverb recovery from reverb pot and dry signal mix from volume control |

Indeed it is Chris. The only thing I can fault them on is there always a little tube "white" noise that I can hear in these units. The Fenders are a bit quieter. There is no power supply hum in this unit, I fixed that by replacing one of the bad sections in the multi section cap. Tubes test great. I have another chassis only that I am using as a model to hopefully build a similar unit soon! I recapped that one completely and they now sound about the same. |

Yes they do have a bit for sure. However they do have more gain than a Fender and that makes for a bit of white noise. A favorite with harp players, as they use the extra gain for a bit of preamp distortion. |

Couldn't come up with it fast enough. These are great sounding surf reverbs. |
