In this situation, I'd say the DI should go just before the Nashville 400s. 1/4" out of your mixer to the DI inputs, then out of the thru jacks to the N-400s. XLR outs to the house system.

The DI eliminates the need to mic' the amps. However, if you're using the N-400s for your eq rather than your mixer, the house system won't get the signal the way you hear it.

So... you could come out of the N-400s preamp out on the back of the amp to the DI.
