Yesterday I sat in with my friends the Boogie Woogie Troop at a gig that turned out to be great fun! Smile Here is a video of "St. James Infirmary".

Matthew Gest - piano
Jim Mortimore - bass guitar
Sam Walker - drums
me - lap steel and vocals

I played my wonderful Lap King Rodeo (tuned to A minor) with Lollar Charlie Christian-style pickups. Neck pickup only on this tune, through a Cmatmods Signa Drive overdrive pedal, a Cmatmods Deeelay (just a touch of slap-back delay) and a Fender Blues Junior. I was thinking of buying a better amp, but I now think the Blues Junior is pretty much sweet enough an amp for me. Smile

I hope you will enjoy it - it was the most fun I have had playing that great tune so far. Smile
