Hi Johnny, What are you asking for your steel? I have a friend of mine with a mint S10 GFI, who might be interested in trading. Larry

Johnny, don't thank me, thank Kenny - I stole that joke from him. He's the one who said you sounded the best this last week.......since you haven't played (due to your back). You need to bitch slap him next time you see him. Smile

Don't worry about the weight. Let your wife carry the guitar.

Ward, Kenny will get his upcomings...
Paul, great idea, but if I could have gotten her to carry it in the first place, I might not be in this shape..plus she's pretty little, 5'1", & 110 lbs. so gotta preserve her fer cookin' etc. This sciatic problem hurts real bad.

All kidding aside, this is a nice guitar. It was played locally by a player for a time, traded about a year ago to Johnny. It sounds great. A good buy, damn Johnny, you should keep it.

Ward, I'd love to keep it. This one has the tone, but I need a lighter one, with the way the back is, plus my age.. I will keep it if I can find an S10 GFI to take out & keep the U12 set up at home..

What's the weight difference between a S10 and your U12 GFI?

On the GFI web site it looks like about 4 pounds difference. Is your U12 heavier than the new ones?

BTW, I sent you another PM.
