I have had a request for info on a steel that appears to be badged Wabash ..three pedals ..... It was apparently purchased in Missouri in the seventies.. any info would be appreciated....thank you

I'm 90% sure its a Miller custom. I'm not sure why those crinkle metal parts are across the front apron and the back but it does go with that type of finish which was put on the endplates, necks , keyhead and pedal boards on the slightly cheaper Millers. Maybe Miller did aprons like that? the fret boards are just a bit different but he changed them up quite a bit over time.

This one had that finish.
A bit of what it was before. Notice the two piece keyhead in the criknle finish with grover open gear tuners.

If my memory serves me right Roger used that finish on student Model guitars for a while |

That is a Miller custom. It is the economy model. I bought a brand new one in 1970. It has the same type of changer system as the Shobud permanent. |
