Large ceramic Tone bar

I looking for a large ceramic tone bar. I see Billy Robinson using one on some of his videos. I have duperton contracture in both hands and after three operations on the left hand and two on the right, I don't have the strenght or dexterity that we all take for granted. I think the larger bar would be a little easier to handle..... at least I hope so. If anyone knows where these type bars are sold please let me know. thanks
