Sorry , I think that (I don't know how) I cancelled my previous post, everything, and all your nice support.
Now we are sending our last email to them, and if there will be no answer the Layer is the only way, like Mr. Jenkins also suggest. Apart that then we will have to spend extra money for a flight to come there, take the PSG, and come back. But this is ridicolous.
Bill, knowing now that you had to do the same to have your pedal steel from them, is very very very sad...
Now I understand a lots of things.
And I should have done this 6 months ago.
Thanks. |

I suggest you file a law suit. Have the court papers faxed or mailed to you. Testify via video tape or teleconferenceing. Get your money back and buy a guitar from a store. |

Thanks Michael.
it looks like a neverending story. Again, we have to do this , we have to do that, for a thing that should be so clear and normal, and for which we are not wrong and have no fault.
And then, the question is, could ever my friend Ivano play again a pedal steel guitar....? |

Get your money back and buy a Promat. They're located in Serbia. Supposed to be the closest thing to an Emmons possible.

Emmons Steel Guitar Co. has a reputation for keeping customers waiting for years. The Carter CO. just went out of business. Who knows what's going on with Emmons? You don't need an attorney, nor do you need to come to the U.S. to file a lawsuit. Lawsuits take a long time,so act now. Contact the municipal court where Emmons is located for instructions. If you win in Court, you will get your $ or a guitar. Good luck! |
