Trying to adjust LKR the tuning nut seems stripped and won't adjust. I think I over tightened it, the nylon disintegrated. Any advice out there before I bring it in.
Hate to be without it for weeks.

If it has disintegrated just get another one and put it on- I have them at the shop- www.steelguitars.me

If it's the type with the hole all the way through, try turning it around and threading it from the other end. If that doesn't work well enough, swap it out for one that doesn't get used as much, until you can get a replacement.
