Teisco Model Z

Does anyone know anything about the Teisco Model "Z"? I picked one up at a yard sale a few months ago. It is not in great shape, finish is shot and there is (was) a crack in the headstock that looks to have been somewhat professionally repaired. (Glued and pegged) It does work and has a decent sound. After looking around I can find no info on this little guitar at all. If anyone knows anything about them, I would appreciate any info...
