WSMV TV Channel 4 Nashville reported yesterday on the evening news that Johnny Paycheck had no money left for his funeral after his extended 4 year illness. Channel 4 also reported that George Jones has donated a burial plot next to his burial plot for Johnny's burial at Woodlawn Cemetery on Thompson Lane in Nashville.

The Tennessean printed the story but it's not accessible by the Internet.

I believe that we should as a forum, donate to a decent headstone for Johnny. I initiate this with a pledge of $100.00. Who else wants to join in?
