Evans FET 500 with FSK Emminence Speaker

After all the hoopla about the Steel King sounding better with a Peavey 1501, I decided to give it a try, so I took the 1501 out of my 1984 Evans FET 500 LV. I then installed the Steel King Emminence speaker into the Evans. I really like the sound of it in the Evans now much better than I did with the 1501 in it. Has anybody else tried this and liked the results? From my experience, I would recommend this speaker in an Evans in a heartbeat.
