On some steels such as a derby, there is an adjustment device simular to a rack and barrell on a sho bud. Whats it called and where can a person order them in bulk.

Bill, are you referring to the half stop tuner such as is used on Emmons guitar? A round swivel with a threaded hole with a hollow bolt that the pull rod passes thru?
