I had a chance to meet Mr. Paxton on Monday night. What a great guy!! I also had a chance to here him play and he was awesome. He played with skill and grace. I've seen steel players show off when they play but, not Stan. I learned a few things from him without him directly telling me. I'm glad to know him. I'm striving to play as good as him.

Devin, Stan is a great guy and player. We used to hang around Larry Self's music store in Debary Fl. and I sure miss those days.

Thank you both for your kind comments. Embarassed Maybe I got Devin fooled, but Ben you know better Laughing ..
Seriously Devin, it was great to meet and talk with you. I am impressed with your sincerity & desire to learn this great instrument, the Pedal Steel Guitar.
God Bless

Stan just remember that we're both a lot better than that Larry guy. And much better looking.
