PEI Junior pedal. Has two speeds for a phase/vibe/Leslie type of effect. It sounds good, reminds me of the old Maestro three button phase boxes. Has an AC cord, no battery. Good condition, seems to work fine. $140 shipped in the USA. Paypal preferred.
