I went to the site, and it says, "All content is public." However when I tried to play a video, it wanted me to sign in.

So far I've managed to avoid creating an account on any of these type of sites. Should I be able to watch the videos without a Facebook account?

Jim, I was able to play videos and see all the content while I was signed out of FB. Seems like it should work for you, don't know what the problem is.

I tried it with Firefox and IE Tab with the same results. Maybe Facebook keeps you logged in with a cookie. I suppose I'll just have to join one of these days.

Interesting. I went there on a different computer using 2 different browsers that I had never used for Facebook, and I could still see everything. Unless FB is reading my IP address (all computers on my home network have the same public IP) to let me in, I don't know what your issue could be. Maybe some firewall or antivirus or obscure browser setting.

Join up, but be careful about those applications like Farmville and Mafia Wars and a whole bunch of others. And don't put any sensitive info in your profile.

For what it's worth, I don't have a Facebook acct., and it worked fine for me.

Nice looking site, well thought out and nicely formatted.

Nice Job

Don, when you say it worked, did you click on the Video tab, and then click on a video to play it? That's where Facebook is telling me, "You must log in to see this page."

Same here, Jim. When I click on a video link I get a "log in" page.

Jim, It didn't ask me for anything. Each of the video's I clicked on, came up and played.

There wasn't even a hint to sign on, log on, or anything.

You might try cleaning out your browser's cache etc., and try again.

I used the link provided above to go to the site, and everything there, worked great..... Don

PS: OK, I just came back from trying it the way Jim & Doug did. Results:

Yes! When I clicked on the Link to play them, it came up with a log in screen.

Solution:

Don't use the link to play them. Scroll Down, and use the Picture itself, by clicking in the middle of it, on the triangle, that says play.

It should work, doing it that way, without asking you to log in.

I hope that helps..... Don

Don, clicking on any of the three videos at the bottom of the page does play them. However, clicking on "See All" takes me to the same page that does require a log in. At least this way I can see three of the twenty videos. Confused

This is a bit off topic, but I sure do wish I could see the big E's volume pedal technique in the clip of Rose Colored Glasses. I feel a sense of awe bordering on religious at the sustain and soul he gets out of every note. I'd never seen this clip before, thanks for posting this re FB, I haven't joined yet either, but maybe I should.

Best,

Gerald

Ironic, I've been working on making one myself. But, I wanted it to be official, so I've been waiting. Maybe later.
