Read the ad on Ebay...there are so many red flags. But I do like the $17 shipping charge! |

This thing was up on Ebay for maybe a half hour around 0800 PST this morning as a new listing showing it was only a "24 hr auction". When I checked back later it was not there. Maybe one of our Forumites contacted the Ebay authorities.
It was listed under a regular Ebay seller with a 99.5% rating. The initial bid was to have been $88. Once I scrolled down to read the product description, there was a huge banner-like disclaimer stating that this was a "Buy It Now" only item and for the buyer to NOT contact the listed Ebay "seller" but to use the "provided" email link. Looks like someone with a picture of a D10 Promat hacked into the unsuspecting Ebay seller's account. The "Buy It Now" price was $1700 with $17 shipping charges. |

This keeps popping up over and over - it is definitely a scam. |
