To All Concerned,

At this time I am suspending all further sales of my Rhythm Track CD's and temporarily withdrawling them from the market.
All current orders will be filled.

The only ones still for sale are in the possession of Jerry Fessenden of the Fessenden Guitar Company. There is a link to Fessenden on the link page of this Forum.

I will re-issue my rhythm tracks at a later date and probably in a different format.

Sincere thanks to all who have purchased my tracks in the past and I hope that you continue to enjoy jamming with them.

Regards,
HH

I hope it wasn't something I said.

Seriously, I look forward to hearing your next project, Harry.

b0b,

No, nothing you said b0b.

I've been having quality problems. I'm throwing away more poorly burned CD's than shipping out. I've got to get to the bottom of my problem.

I'm sending all of my Microboards burners and duplicaters to the manufacturer for service (except for the new one that I bought to tide me over).

And I've concluded that my version of Adaptec Jam ver 2.5 that I installed in July of '99 must be currupted somehow.

The original final mixes (SDII files) sound fine in the application that created them, Cubase VST32 5.1 (actually recorded on VST24 4.1), so I think they're still OK.

Today I ordered Jam & Toast ver.5 bundled. I'll have it thursday and will install it on my silver dual 800mhz G4 with the "Super Drive" burner. I'll burn new master CD's on the highest quality CD's that I can find and also find a new supplier of printable CD's, hopefully of better quality.

I had bought several hundred from a distributer named Shimad. I'm down to about ten and need to re-order anyway.

Any suggestions for a supplier of good quality printable CD's at a reasonable cost?

I'm looking to buy in the 100's. You know, a spindle with 100 printables. I think last time I bought 3 spindles at once.

If you know of some decent suppliers, could you email me links?

As far as my next project, I appreciate your looking forward to it, but I've recorded all of the rhythm track CD's that I intend to do. I put an awful lot of work into those rhythm tracks.

It's been suggested that I do my own CD playing with my rhythm tracks. I may do that, but I designed most of these tracks to work for published PSG arrangements of tunes. I would tend to play the published arrangement, naturally the performance would have my own touch, and I would give credit to the arranger, but I wonder how such a CD would be accepted? What do you think,b0b?

I'm also in the midst of writing two new CD's. On one, I'll be back to fronting a blues band (vocals, guitar & harmonica). This CD will be targeted for European release. The band will be me & a bass player, a drummer and a kick ass blues pianist.

The 2nd CD is for the new country rock band that me and a buddy are putting together, We're writing seperately and together. We've got a half dozen tunes so far. The CD will also contain 3 PSG instrumentals of cool tunes I want to do.

Then later in the year, I'm gonna maybe do an actual PSG CD. I'll be doing tunes no one else has done that I really like.

Regards,
HH

P.S. it looks like all the money that I made off my little Christmas Clearance is going towards new hardware & software and servicing of my existing hardware. Oh well, I guess I shouldn't complain. At least I was able to earn the money for these costs, rather than have to dig for it.
