I knew Donny's dad, Lyn Crider, and met Donny once, back in 1997, when Lyn was trying to start a chuckwagon style western music dinner show in Fredericksburg, TX. Donny was playing pedal steel in his dad's band which was the after dinner entertainment. Donny had just come off the road playing with Doug Supernaw. In 1995, I bought 12 acres of the the old Crider homestaead where Lyn and his twin brother Glyn grew up, in Sandy, TX. Lyn plays fiddle and Glyn plays guitar. I would love to hear if anyone knows of their wereabouts. NIce family.
