Hi all of you !
After "only" two years I made my decision on buying this beautiful new "Rains". It arrived my home two days ago and I can tell you... wooooow... this is a real great steel. I love it after only two days of playing. Pedals and kneelevers are sooo smooth and the tone is absolutely great. It plays like a dream.
Not to forget the service of the "Rains" people. Mr. Danny Crelin offered a perfect and friendly service. I received my steel in such a short time and real good packed.
Encluded one first pic of this beauty, more will follow.
Kind regards and happy new year... Thomas

Thats a great looking steel you have there Thomas, and i know it sounds great cause i have one too, just a different color. I like the color combo you have, it realy catches the eye. I've had mine for a few years now and still love the way it plays and sounds.
Underneath mine is stamped 037 and i asume that is the 37th guitar they built, they have come a long way in a short time they have been in buisness, and your right, very nice people to deal with. |

Thomas, it's a beautiful guitar. I have loved the Rains for some time now. The more I see one, the more I want one. I believe that you have some excellent people behind that name as well. _________________ BenRom Pedal Steel Guitars

Tom, That is one beautiful guitar. I was stationed in Berlin in the early 60's.I Always enjoyed getting out and sight seeing there. I'm sure it is much prettier now.Especially the East sector. J.W. Day |

You're going to "really" love it! I just got mine from the "Carp" 2 months ago, and it sounds so beautiful. It literally brought tears to my eyes as I began playing. I am a newbie on the steel, but have been practicing 3-4 hours a day on it, and each time I take a break, I can't wait to get back on it! Congratulations! _________________ Rains D-10 by Gary Carpenter |
