WHAT kind of g'tar do you have?

What style are you wanting to learn to play?

What tuning do you plan, if you yet know?

What prior knowledge/experience might you have?

Larry Behm would be glad to set you up and get you started. He had a gig tonite, but I'm sure you can get with him tomorrow. He's a forum member or he's in the phone book.

Great guy, Super working player.

Smile

When I joined this forum I somehow knew I was among real good people. I met Larry this last weekend; I knew I was in good company when he tossed my thumbpick into the garbage can without batting an eye
*pause for laughter*
Larry, It was great to meet you and I'm writing down what you told me and I'll call you soon. Thank you so much for your time and sharing.

One fine MAN for sure!

I had the same experience when I had my first meeting with Larry. LOL!

I was using a HUGE thumb pick (don't remember what brand). Larry threw it in the garbage and said "Never buy those again". Then handed me a couple of Hercos.

I ordered a bunch of blue Hercos the very next day and I've been using them ever since.

Larry is a great steel guitarist, great teacher and great guy.
