Will the lacquer stay clear over time, or will it go yellow? A blue Sho-Bud looks great.

Leslie,I use "waterwhite" lacquer which will not yellow. Also the blue is stained into the wood and not just a toner mixed in the finish lacquer so it should not fade like the guitars that had food coloring in the finish.
