I have a pre war Bakelite Rick with one tuner that was replaced before I got the guitar with a closed back tuner. Does anybody have any idea where to get one open gear tuner that would be somewhat similar to the originals? Thanks, George |

One of the places you might look is at stewmac.com (stweart-Macdonald) There are others also , I believe ALLPARTS is another but don't remember. |

Thanks Bill, After doing some research it looks like I would have to replace all six. The Grover Vintage Statites look like a good possibility. They would run about $200.00 for a set. [ I only paid $10.00 for this pre-war Rick from a pawn shop in 1971 ] |
