Parts for Fender 400 needed!

I recently acquired a late '60s model fender 400. It is missing one pedal (black cast aluminum, not chrome), rod and cable. It is the fourth pedal that is missing so the cable that I need is the longest one on the Fender 400. I do have the linkage under the guitar that attaches the cable to the rod. Any help you can give me in finding these parts is greatly appreciated!
