After our family business was taken over by a Pennsylvania company, the furniture industry held
a bleak future for me. 20 years of taking care of my wholesale customers was not enough show the northerners their new way wouldn't work. I resigned
and the rest is history.
My friend of many years, Ron Lakey, of Ron's Music Center in Oxford, MS called me and I have been on the new job for 2 weeks now. Retail guitar and equipment sales, repair, church equipment installation and more fun than I have ever had at work. Ron and his wife, Carolyn, presented me with a new Peavey PowerSlide lap steel on Christmas Eve.
Just for doing what they considered to be a good job
over the last 2 weeks. They are fellow Christians
and tell me that their prayers were answered in my
employment there. I am blessed. _________________ Eddie Bollinger
