This is sort of a fun tune that I wrote a few
years ago.
We have a guy up here in Canada that built a
Lap Steel out of a Log that a Beaver chopped down.
That guy's name is Joe Delaronde.
We became Internet friends after Dean Neeley from
South Carolina brought him to my attention.
I wrote an instrumental to recognize his accomplishment so click the link undernoted link to
listen.
My resonator as pictured is something I built
myself and people still marvel at all the sound
it produces. It's tuned C6th and all the parts are
from Beard.
Hope this brings a smile and Merry Christmas 2009
everybody.

Hi Roy, I remember this one. Very Happy It's really fun to play especially if you can dampen the strings close to the bridge to get that muted chicken cluckin sound. Smile My Grand Kids love it.

Seasons Greetings Andy!

Yes, I use the fleshy side of the right hand
laying lightly on the strings to be played,
then lift off after pickin'....something
like that. Smile

Nice to hear from you.

Roy
