Forum Server Problems???

Lately I'm having lots of problems when I click on a topic,,or category on the forum. I get messages like:

NOT FOUND the requested URL/viewforum.php was not found on this server,,,or

HTTP/1.1 server not available,,,or

Template->make_filename(): Error - file ./templates/steelguitar/viewforum_body.tpl does not exist

seems to just be happening on this website,,but is VERY frequent here!

Yeah, I'm getting the same thing but mine occurs most frequently when I hit the 'Back' button. Sometimes, refreshing doesn't help either.
