I'd like to wish each and everyone of you a Merry Christmas and and most of all Happy New Year....
bOb..dont be angry...It's peace on earth good will towards man...have a great holiday buddy!  My dad always said holding a grudge is a smudge on a persons heart...bOb sometimes people disagree, I undertand the Protocal of this Forum, and if I've gone beyond the limit I'm sorry,
I wish you and you're family a Merry Christmas and a Happy and most of all a HEALTHY NEW YEAR...

Andy..yup it's been a long time my California buddy, our book will be published as soon as I can have Hal Leonard check it....It's something I've always wanted to do and yet never had the confidence I could...I will now and I promise it will be done pronto....I'll post when it's time...do you have my home email...if not I'll send you a pm..with mine...
Charlie, thank you and I'll bet you love that 69 Emmons..I had a 69 with 9 on the floor and 6 knees...the best pedal steel I've ever owned..miss it..Have a Merry Christmas..to both of you and have a very Merry Christmas and a Happy and HEALTHY NEW YEAR....

Merry Christmas to you Jody and everyone on the Forum. We won't have sneaux (snow for all of the Yankees north of Alexandria)down here on the bayou,But we'll have them bonfires burnin' on the levee, lighting the way for PaPa Noel in pirouge boat and eight alligators, led by Boudreaux the Rouge nose gator. Hi Ray..I like your Avatar...you look like Royalty..and me, I'm only a Knight at you're service...do you make reference to AA....if so, I haven't heard a word from him...PS I'll always remember that tribute you paid to me a few years back I beleive the thread was Great Steel Player Once Discovered..I'll never forget that..God be with you and your family through out the years to come...you are GREAT steel player and you sure can make that Bigsby sing...I admire you for keeping Jerry Byrd's name alive...Have great Holiday..

If it were not for Mike, my music may never have been heard. Mike took the Hot Club of America out of mothballs..I wonder where it would have been if it were not for my buddy Mike, I did live shows with him and he featured a young aspiring steel player and every birthday he would play my music...I often said Mike don't mention my age, well I'm 80 years young and hope to keep on listening to the greatest Westerm Swing Music in The WORLD www.swinginwest.com and my love to Susan and Jody, Jennifer and the grandchilren..Mike you have done me proud
