It's almost 3am Monday morning. Toni and I just got home. We rested awhile after the party and had dinner (I still call it supper) with Junior Knight.
Even though the weather was only good for ducks and such, the turn out was great. The ladies and "BUDDY BRYANT" really out did themselves with all the great food and deserts.
I gotta' tell ya,,,,, to sit next to Junior Knight and witness his magic on a pedal steel, up close and personal, was absolutely overwhelming. What a player he is!!!! It truley was a priviledge for this old man. I also considered it a great honor to be asked to play the TSGA Christmas party once again.
Thanks to all who were responsible for having and putting on this get together and for all the great supporters that showed up.
The band was just terrific.
And,,, a huge round of applause for Louie Hallford, the president of the TSGA.

Went to the Christmas party got the TSGA yesterday. Boy what a day it was lots of people lots of good food. Buddt bryabt did a great job with his brisket and his sausage and the other dishes and desserts were just our of this world. BUT we had Bobby Bowman and Jr Knight to pick for us afterward. There is no words to explain the great music that we heard. Those two guys will knock your socks off. Then we had the greatest backup band that you can have. What a day, What a day. Would like to do it again real soon.
Thanks for a great day to every one that was involved. Was good work on everybodys part.
