I have played guitar for decades, and started learning steel about 2 years ago. I am happy with my steel progress. i have seen references to band in the box as a learning aid. Can anyone tell me how using this program will help me to learn to play steel, and which package i should buy? The latest version appears to be 2009.5, and the basic package is about $110, and they go up from there in content and price. Is the basic package adequate? If not, which package should I buy? Also, I like Ray Price and I saw references to Ray Price plug ins. How do I buy these? Thanks for helping.

Hi Mark, I've been considering the band in a box software and have been watching the band in a box category on this forum. Lots of info in there. Check it out!
