I am in a situation where I need to find a rackmount preamp that will do justice for my acoustic Martin as well as my Electric ES. I have considered the SansAmp PSA-1. Are there any suggestions? Anyone got something for sale?

The Evans website is down for some reason, however you can go to the SGF archives and pull up info on the Evans preamps. Thanks.

I have an Evans DP2R dual pre-amp that I just had the Amp Doctor here in Nashville put all new (12) pots in that I would let go. It would work nice as you could plug both of your guitars in at the same time and EQ them differently any way you want. Email me if you're interested.

Ron,
Sorry, I didn't realize my email address wasn't an option. Must have been the way I set up my account. I don't have a digital camera, but I could probably get my hands on one. I'm in KY right now but I'll be home Tuesday sometime so I'll try to borrow one. I used to use the Evans for the same thing you're wanting it for. Great unit!

Thanks,
Tim
