Anyone ever played one of these? I would have thought that someone starting on such a simple instrument would soon grow tired of its limitations and look around for something better.
Quote from the advert:
"This is a New product from the Fessenden Guitar Company. The model is named "The SIX SHOOTER" It is designed for, and targeted to the six string guitar player, who would like to add pedal steel guitar to his or her repertoire. It is compact, light and very portable. Configured with 6 strings, 2 floor pedals, and fold down legs, it can be carried very easily in a gig bag. The string configuration from top to bottom is: G#, E, B, G#, E, B. Pedal 1 raises the 2 Bs to C#, Pedal 2 raises the 2 G#s to A. This is a promotional auction for the Six Shooter. Production models will be available on the market soon." |
