would anyone happen to know what tuning Junior Brown has on his bottom steel guitar neck and is it a 8 string or 6 I cant make it out in videos

I use that on my CruzTone S-8 except I tune it down 3 frets to A13 because it has a lot more ballz in that range and you can still go plenty high.That works better on longer scale steels over 22".
