Well almost done. It is playable with 3 pedals and 4 knee levrs. I am going to add the set screw in the knee levers for angle adjustment of the lever and a few other small details to be completely finishid .
Although it does not have all the pull rod adjustments of newer guitars it play very easy and sound great. I have used all the original undercarrige and changer. I did do some cosmetic upgrades such as building a wood neck and aluminum changer / pickup housing. Here are some before and after pis.

Scott, you've really turned this guitar around. Congrats in a stellar job. Now send it to me and I will get it back under the bright lights where it belongs!! _________________ Jackson Steel Guitars

Scotty, very nice indeed, dont worry about all the modern changes,i dont think it is neccasary to always have the latest copedant, i have heard great players with almost no copedant, sometimes less is more controlable. This is a lovely one, oh man... this one will sound good brother! _________________ A.K.A Chappy. |
