| Our next meeting will be Sun. Nov. 1st at 2:30PM at the Life Church in Katy,Tx. Directions : I10 to Katy. Take PinOak exit. South on PinOak to Katy-Flewellen(Shell Store on right). Right on Katy-Flewellen one block to Greenbusch(first street on left). Left on Greenbusch to Life Church on the right.(approx. 1.2 miles). Players should be there by 2:00 PM to set up. This meeting will be a "swap" meeting, so if you have anything to swap or sell, bring it. Regardless of your playing level, bring your guitar and play. Have 2 tunes ready. Billy will give an extended teaching segment., so bring your pad and pencil. Then the players. No featured player as yet Then the JAM. All musicians, vocalists , and steel guitar fans are welcome. There is no charge, however we will have a donation box set up for those who would like to donate to help defray expenses for our club. Soft drinks and cookies are greatly appreciated . Sorry to have to miss this one, I can't get off work. I would love to be there to video Billy's teaching segment. I wish I had the knowledge of steel that's in his head. I'm sure the guys will come up with a great feature player. People show up you will learn something I promise. Never been to a meeting that i didn't learn something.

| I will have a new Legend Beginner - Pro S10 3&4 to give it a test drive. Bob Kindy,owner of The Music Center in Conroe, is producing this steel guitar. Jack Patty will also be there. Hopefully we can get him to play. Jody. |

Hey Jody, I will be there tomorrow. I am bringing Wayne Turner with me. I work with Wayne a lot. He was Hank Jr.'s lead player and front man for many years. I am also going to see if some other of our band members might be there as well. Sounds like a lot of fun. I hope we have a good crowd. See you guys tomorrow.
