Hi.I wonder if anyone knows the tuning of this song(Carefree).
Jerry goes very low with the 9th chord on this one .
the song is on the album "Master of touch and tone".

I only know of Jerry tuning str. #8 of his Sho~Bud steel to either a Lo-A or Lo-B, but; he may have tuned it to other pitches for special tunings other than C6/A7 & B11.

Hello there!

Any chance YOU might be kind enough to change the spelling in your post from Jerry BIRD.......to the proper spelling JERRY BYRD?
Not a BIG ISSUE but for the matter of being correct and respectful......I'd appreciate it. THANKS for this consideration.

I used to have the tablature for Carefree. It was either in 6 string C6 or much more likely C6/A7. That is from high to low E-C-A-G-E-C#. Lost most of my Jerry Byrd tabs, including the instruction book in one of my many moves.
