Contact Smiley Roberts for the 69 cent tour! He is Nashville's official Tour Guide and does a great job at it!

Are the Time Jumpers a weekly thing? I've heard good stuff about them and would like to check them out. Is the Station Inn in or relatively close to Lower Broadway? I also seem to remember someone saying Mr. Hughey played frequently in Nashville. True? I'd reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeally like to see him play!!!

The Time Jumpers play on Monday at Station Inn and John Hughey plays Wednesday and Saturday from 6 to 10 at Legends. Mike Sweeney plays 6 or 7 nights a week at the Nashville Palace and Smiley Roberts plays in his back yard daily! He and the neighbor's cat fight for the sand box!

Aaahhh, but what is Mr. Roberts trying to bury in the sand? Hopefully not the same thing the cat is!!!

Hey Chris; I most likely will borrow a Steel in Nashville to play that show....it will just be fly in and play and fly out....so won't be bringing the Fulawka if I can help it......and will let you know more details later on this evening after I talk with Tony.

I have a Pro III I'd offer to let you borrow. But it's only an 8/4 and that probably isn't enough for ya. Please do fill me in on the details, I'm a big fan of the Derailers (and the stuff you play ain't too shabby either!!).

Oh, and I think we're going to be playing on the same album. Is Ty Braddock going to bring you up here to record? If so, I'll finally get to meet you in person.

Hey Chris that would be great...are you gunna have it with you in Nashville??? Cause I haven't tagged down a guitar yet...I was probably gunna use one of Kevin Owens Steel's....and it doesn't matter what knee levers(where they are or what they do or how many..ha)there is....That's the advantage I have with swamping my knee levers around so much.....I can play anyones guitar.

Gary, it's my understanding that Ty will be using both Ricky and Paul. We just don't know which steel player for which song!! Ricky, yes, I will have it with me. If you can't nail down another guitar, you're more than welcome to borrow mine. Just e-mail me if ya need it. Odd coincidence, Gary Lee Gimble has played this very same guitar and here he is jumping in!!

Chris, my jump may be just shy of a 4.0, OH WELL! And yes, I really enjoyed playing your 'Bud, even if the knee levers were, and are still all backwards! My expertise doesn't include bilingual translations. Whatever that means! Have fun down south!

Gary, my man, you are one who's backwards! But I'll forgive you because of your fine taste in wines. So far, I'll be checking out John Hughey saturday, Ricky Davis on sunday and still don't have squat to do on friday night. Should I hit the Hall of Fame? Anything cool at the Opry? any touristy stuff to do maybe? and how could I get in touch with Smiley for the the 69 cent tour?
