According to the IMDB it's Leon McAuliffe, although that's certainly not him pictured in the video (nor is that Tommy Duncan shown singing). Then again, he couldn't be getting those sounds out of a six string acoustic guitar.

Judging from the trademark "ascending right-hand'
gesture after hitting the chord, at 0:50-51,
Ida guest it is Leon.

Look how loose the strings
on that guitar appear to be!
