My band, Without Further Ado, will be at the Ice House in downtown Selma, N. C. this coming Friday night starting at 7:45 P.M. This is a great non alcohol venue operated by forum member Bowie Martin.
As I look over the set list, I think "There's way too much steel in here." But I reckon I can stand it if y'all can. _________________ LeGrande II, Nash. 112, Fender Twin Tone Master, Session 400, Harlow Dobro, R.Q.Jones Dobro |

There is never too much steel when Clyde Mattocks is playing. This is a great band, with a great show, and LOTS of wonderful steel (and the rest of the band is super too!) Great vocals, and lots of good country music. Come out and see them! _________________ Emmons LeGrande II D-10, Emmons LeGrande III D-10, Emmons LeGrande III S10, Boss Katana 100, Boss Katana 50, Nashville 112

Wow, Bill. Thanks for the kind words. I'm not worthy! I love my BJS. I hear you've got kinfolk down in my area. _________________ LeGrande II, Nash. 112, Fender Twin Tone Master, Session 400, Harlow Dobro, R.Q.Jones Dobro |

Clyde, I can't make it at this show, but I already have tickets for next month.
You don't need to be a steelplayer to enjoy this show (but it helps!).
The 3 part harmony with Clyde in the background is the best around, and wait until you hear Jessica sing Sweet Memories and then hear Clyde (John Hughey) take the break.
You need to be there! _________________ Past Secretary/President, MASGA

Well Miss Debbie and I are are planning on getting out this Friday to the show. It's a great time and the music is second to none. It will be great to have a night out and do some listening for a change...and what better band to hear than Without Further Ado. If you are in North Carolina and like to hear great country music performed for you by the best we have....look up Selma North Carolina and the Ice House. Your GPS will get you right to the front door.
If you are planning a trip down or up the Interstate 95 corridor well you gotta stop in and give them a listen....it's just a couple of blocks off the exit

Ray, glad you and your lovely and talented bride will be there! Normally, it looks more like a steel guitar convention than just a good country show when Clyde is playing. Also, its a good time to pick up good steels cheap; lots of folks get in the mood to sell theirs after hearing Clyde. _________________ Emmons LeGrande II D-10, Emmons LeGrande III D-10, Emmons LeGrande III S10, Boss Katana 100, Boss Katana 50, Nashville 112
