Billy Poe played steel for her in the 70s and Herby Wallace also played steel for her at one time.

Hey y'all,
I found out from Tommy White that he played steel for Donna Fargo from 1976 til the early 1980s and Paul Franklin and Herby Wallace played steel in the band prior to Tommy.

I played with Donna Fargo in 1979, as I recall. Herby Wallace played before me, and Tommy White before him. I don't have a clue who played after me. I was just thankful I never had to play 'Funny Face' ever again (or see the real funny face in person ). |

........you're speaking of my old roommate and fine steel guitarist Kenny Albert who now resides in St. Louis, Mo. You might also remember him from the MuSym-Tab book featuring the styles of several Nashville legends, Among them Jimmie Crawford and, I believe, Weldon Myrick.
Hope this helps
