That's b0b for you. At times, my string order comes in so quickly I swear he sent them before I ordered them. He's kinda like Radar, on M*A*S*H. He just senses that I need strings.  |

I live in central Florida, and b0b on the other side of the world. When I order strings they're here in two days! That's what I call service. Thanks b0b!
He must light a fire under the mail carrier.
I send mail to Orlando, some fifty miles away and it usually takes three days.....go figure!

b0b's customer service could not be better. Many of our steel vendors have fine products, but don't answer emails, don't acknowledge payment, don't tell you something is behind in order, etc., etc. Not b0b. He immediately tells you he received payment and that it's going in the mail, or he let's you know he's out of stock and any and all information he's privy to.
