Last year, I left my Van with what I assumed to be the Hotel's Valet Parking attendant. Well, to my suprise, not all of those guys in what appears to be the Hotel's Valet uniforms, are EMPLOYEES of the Hotel...
They are in fact, a contract Parking Service for the Parking Lot across the street from the Hotel.
To make a long story short ( too late ),they had lost my Van the first day, and it wasn't found until about 3:00 am Monday morning, with 22 additional miles logged on the odometer.
They had the nerve to charge me $90.00 for the parking in addition to the $90.00 given to them in tips to find the Van and retrieve my medicines ( which they couldn'd do because they couldn't find the Van anywhere )...
The point is, Get your receipt and know Who is taking your car and where the car is being parked, and or Park your own car...
PS:I'm Praying for less stressful experience this year. See ya' there, folks

I parked my own car, no problem.
There's an underground walkway to the hotel.

Tell them you have a car upon checking in. They issue you a pass. I think it cost an extra $15/day.

There's been a lot crime reported in the past there. Car break-ins, room theft.
Be careful.

wait a minute guy's $180.00 for parking????

i'd call the police and be looking to kick somebody's butt.
i've been goning to the convention now, going on 14 years. "i park my on car too." i get the
millennium hotel to stamp my parking ticket and they ad the $15.00 a day parking to my hotel room, so i pay the parking lot attendent nothing when i leave.best way to do it and you know where your car is at all times.
but i would think this could happen a lot though.

Don't leave valuables in your car if you park in the parking building across the street.

I park for free or real cheap (unless there is a game) at those big open lots under the freeway or on the street down there. Its just as safe as the parking building which means not safe at all.
