There is a awesome brand new CD by Billy Mata & Texas Tradition where they pay tribute to Tommy Duncan. Roger Edgington plays some super steel and there are even three cuts where guest Steel legend Herb Remington plays steel. Mike,
Just wanted to thank you and everyone who supported and encouraged us with the album. At the AWA Awards last night, Billy accepted the Western Swing Album of the Year Award for Tribute to Tommy Duncan, Vol. 1. I am really excited, but I'm humbled by the entire experience. Roger and Herbie played some great steel, and I'm blessed to be a part of it.

Bill,
That is an awesome album and deserves every sort of award associated with this sort of music. Congratulations to Billy, you, Roger and all the other members of the Texas Tradition. In addition a big congratulations to Herbie and all of the other guests that appeared on this treasure of a CD. Let us hope that this is just the START of the awards.
