My summer project is ready for your ears. I've recorded fourteen classic sweet-soul ballads (some up-tempo too) from the 70's era. Songs like "Betcha By Golly Wow", "Didn't I Blow Your Mind This Time" and "Monkey Time", by The Spinners, Delfonics, Stylistics, etc. It's all richly arranged with nice grooves and features the steel as lead voice. Also lots of sax, flutes and harmonica. I haven't got MP3's posted yet: hopefully soon. If you dug my Aqua Velvet or Otto CD's or if you love these tunes you'll enjoy this CD. Just get in touch.... Here's your chance to promote and encourage the use of steel guitar outside of country music and pick up some new steel lovers.
