We are introducing the restructuring of California to the traditional country brotherhood. As we all know, there are a number of wounds that are in need of repair and this announcement is our way of hoping we can get your support.
With your purchase/donation we will be able to get this honorable dream in place. We will be offering a CD single entitled "Summer School"/ on Young Country Records by the group PIGEONS, and a PIGEONS logo T-shirt. This CD single is an exclusive to this project world wide. All proceeds from this project will be broken down as follows;
*** $ 15.00 CD & T-shirt purchase plus $2.00 postage.
*** From the $15.00, $ 5.00 goes to The Steel Guitar Forum.
*** Of the remaining $10.00, $ 6.00 will cover the costs of the CD and T-shirt.
*** The balance of $4.00 will be distributed as follows; ***$1.00 goes to the building of our California Museum, by our non-profit foundation. Leo J. Eiffert Jr. and I personally feel and know, that the ACM (Academy of Country Music), is never going to build our own museum in California to honor the people who were the real backbone supporters.
*** $1.00 goes to The City of Hope, or other charities.
*** $1.00 goes to the funding of a country music education center.
*** $1.00 foundation administration costs.

Hi Del, We do sanction the CCMA (California Country Music Association), but no, this is not a CCMA project. Details including where to send money are in the "Buy and Sell" section of the Forum, in the topic "Sale benefiting Forum, Museum and Charities". Yes, it is already in motion. The CD and T-shirts are now available for immediate shipment.
