Is the new Mullen G2 changer still double lower or triple lower now? Hard to tell from the new changer design photos on the site.

The Mullen G2 has the most finely machined changer I have ever seen on a pedal steel.
I got a chance to look one over at the Mt. Vernon, IL steel show some months ago.

Yeah, I already looked at that but still can't be sure if it's double or triple lower. Thanks..... Mike?

Jerry,
If I'm not mistaken, it's triple raise and triple lower. Very Happy

Well, it looks like probably a double lower to me, same as the earlier guitars, but just want to know for sure.

triple it is!....Thanks everybody. I thought I read all the info on the site, but I guess I overlooked it. I see it now there on the G2 info page. Sorry Mike, you can ignore my email.

Good to know. Beautiful precision workmanship.

What do the springs closest to the body do?
I'm guessing a return spring for lowers?

Those are helper springs for the raises. The lower return springs are the ones fartherest from the cabinet.
