Good turnout for the 7th Anniversary Jam. We had 11 steels (10 Pedal Steels and 1 Dobro). Ernie had his "new equipment of the month" Laughing Even Catfish Johnny sang a couple of songs.

Thanks to everyone for their continued support - the Steel Guitar Pickers and the backup band.

The next jam will be Wednesday, Oct 14, 2009. We will be back on our regular 2nd Wednesday of the month schedule.

Ernie
You are right.
You did do two songs. Very Happy
I sat next to Ernie and tried to keep him under control. Whoa!
Just kidding Ernie, we love you, Pal. Smile

I also want to thank all the folks who came.

The guys in the band who helped us out, Tom Murphy, Clyde Wiggins, Karl Congdon, George Basley, John King, Larry Lorows and many thanks to Catfish Johnny for the free use of his place for the past 7 years.

Ernie, I didn't "miss you", I was just pointing out that Catfish Johnny sang a couple of songs, as he usually does not sing at our jams.

Hey Ernie, I miss you and it's only been a couple of days. Your amp and steel combination sounds great. I'm envious of your singing, good job. Larry
